Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We recommend including your order number and the email address used for the purchase in your cancellation request to expedite the process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, and items marked as final sale. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. The exact timing depends on their policies and procedures. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase; we cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details, including the date of purchase, payment method used, and any communication you've had with your financial institution regarding the refund. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve it promptly.
